Apply the hand prints to the wall and put a set of feet on the floor with the cut out that says, PUSH to encourage the children to use their upper body in coordination with their feet to do a wall push up.

Lay the bear feet prints and the ‘Bear Crawl “Roar”’ on the floor and the children will have fun bear crawling across the floor.

Put the mama duck and her baby down with the ‘Duck Walk “Quack” and demonstrate to the kids how to do a duck walk.

Use the frogs and the lily pads in addition to the ‘Frog Hop “Ribbit” and the children will have fun hopping down the hall.

Use your imagination in arranging the ‘HOP’ cut outs with the ‘Hop Scotch “Go” cut out to encourage a Hop scotch game with children.
